Orders & Returns

 

 

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

A: Our current turnaround time is 3 working days. We’ll let you know if and when this changes.  Please allow for longer if you need it by a particular date to be sure it’ll reach you in time.

Q: ARE LARGER ORDERS PRIORITISED?

A: I’ll always endeavour to work on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

A: Returns are only accepted on items that have NOT been personalised with hand embossing, and have only been handled to inspect the item, without leaving a mark. Once used, returns cannot be accepted.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER IT WAS SHIPPED?

A: Please allow for up to four weeks for your order to reach you. After that send me an email with your order ref in the subject : hello at stori dori dot com  and I’d be happy to assist you in investigating the whereabouts of your item(s).

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

A: No can do. Best to cancel your order immediately and start again. Orders that are cancelled will automatically receive a refund that can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

Leather Care:

  • You may condition your leather 1-3 times a year, depending on personal preference. PH balanced leather conditioners are recommended but a good quality oil or beeswax will also work. Conditioning may darken the leather so please do read instructions carefully before applying. Avoid using synthetic sealers like vaseline.
  • Exposing your Stori Dori to moisture/heat/direct sunlight may not necessarily ruin the leather of you Stori Dori but it will change it for sure. Some may not mind this but if you do then take extra care to ensure you avoid it.
